Not sure, luck perhaps. I used to run my own rescue so I do have lots of contacts but I think this was a bit of luck and some cat lovers feeling sorry for the cats. One is just a little white one with patches, very friendly. The other has a messed up eye, pretty gross :( They first told me to feed them and make them shelter and they would look for foster homes. I've had two people write and say they'll foster for the rescue so I've got my fingers crossed. I never thought I'd be able to find somebody because I know how full cat rescues get. Since they haven't taken the cats yet, I just offered to pay vetting in hopes of moving things along.
