This is so sad that you can not feed outside cats!!!! Cat friends in your area
need to ban together to try to get this changed. Do the city codes allow such
a thing to happen or are they just deciding to do this. Post on face book to
try to find some attorneys in the area that love cats that might be willing to
help. Contact Alley Cat Allies or Best Friends and see if there is anything
they can do to help. Good luck finding a way to try to advocate for the cats
in KS and the people that care about them
