By the way, Google Sites can be collaborated. Two or more persons can be site owners, site collaborators, or site viewers. Sign in to your Google Site, then click More Actions at top right side; then click Site Settings, then go to Sharing. You send invitations by email to persons you would like to be site co-owners or collaborators.
Collaborators can make, edit or delete webpages. Owners have full functionality. Public can view only.
