May I add:
I zoomed in on your logo and my suggestion is: Place the circular logo
on the left, then the words Learning and Information Resource Center
(LIRC) at the right of it. Place the logo and words on a white
background. You need not spell the name of your school since it's
already in the logo. Your logo is small in size and resolution. I
suggest you get a bigger logo so that it will not look hazy and will
stand out. I use the hexadecimal code generator and suggest the
following colors for your website based on your logo:
Dark green outer rim of your logo: #2A7B1F
Pastel lemon yellow of the wings: #E3E55C
Whtie background of the logo: #FFFFFF
Dark or royal blue of the sea: #08117F
