The "Select Partial Measures" command is part of the edit menu, and it doesn't change its status when I change from Mass Mover to Staff Tool.
I repeat: when I select a partial measure and apply the repeat measure staff style, it gets applied to the entire measure. Is there something I am not seeing or is it a version issue?
