Well, probably not exactly what you are after, but there is a really brilliant ascending minor 6th in Mozart, G minor string quintet, measure 30 (ie the secondary theme in the first subject group). In addition it is followed two measure later by another brilliant minor 9th. Just thought I mention this, since in my opinion this is one of the most beautiful Mozart themes...
