Same proportion, yes, but proportion wouldn't be the main concern; readibility would be. It seems to me that the lyric would have to be increased by a point in order to be the same size it was when 80% page reduction was being used. 12 points X 80% = effective size of 9.6 pts 12 points X 75% = effective size of 9 pts. 13 points X 75% = effective size of 9.75 pts I know the differences are small.
