Please pass along the following feature request to the development team:
In the Measure tool, double-clicking a multimeasure rest should bring up the Multimeasure Rest dialog box. (Rationale: double-clicking a measure allows you to edit that measure, so doing the same for a MM rest should allow you to edit that rest.)
