The comparison would have to be via an open invitation outside of this
list; I could use my blog, for example, as one place for the announcement.
Barbara:
The examples used in the previous competition featured guitar music, if I
recall correctly. My preference would be to use a 19th century piano and
voice example, some 2oth century ensemble music, and perhaps a third
example using a jazz or commercial music style.
