Do recent versions of Finale allow export to more web-friendly and/or more efficient formats? PNG would be ideal. You'd still have the difficulty of creating the PDFs from the exported graphics. I'm with Dennis that it's better to try to get Finale to print the desired final result, since that means you don't have to futz with a separate graphics editing/PDF construction step. -- David W.
