What were your "two simple moves"? Are you saying that when the "To coda" mark is within a mm rest, you are able to drag the "To coda" mark? I cannot.
I don't have any reason to suspect this is a new bug. I bet it has been out there forever. But I am running F1400a on Windows 7, FWIW.
