Maybe /usr/include/X11--though it will be reinstalled when you install
Apple's X11 again.

There are no files to install from that--it's basically an empty shell
that Apple's installer moved over to /Library/Receipts to indicate
that the X11SDK package was installed at one time--you may want to
delete that to help avoid confusion from the installer later.
