Continuing from "Re: [Fink-devel] pdftk update", wherein we learn that
the whole xmkmf system has been scrapped from x11 and will not be
present starting probably Very Soon...

I've started fixing packages that overtly used xmkmf, and adding flags
for both x11 locations just in case. The following packages still use
it directly (based on grepping .info and .patch):
