I noticed a couple of things about the PIL package available in Fink. First, there is a pil-py25 package, but no pil-py26 package.
Second, the pil-py25 package seems to be quite out of date:

PIL 1.1.6 came out more than three years ago, right? Is there a technical reason there isn't a more up-to-date package, or is it just that nobody ever got around to updating it? Tony
