Title: Re: [Fink-users] Problem installing amarok on 10.4.2
I added the stable sources and re-ran fink selfupdate, fink update-all. No errors were produced. Ran the below commands and still don’t have an executable on my system and cannot find one using grep or locate (with an updated db)
fink remove amarok

Does "fink list amarok" show it as installed (an "i" by the package
name) or nonexistent?
You probably should include stable/main and stable/crypto as well in
fink.conf.
The error you got for the manual build is because of Fink's
"non-standard" location for stuff, most likely.
