The problem with the script I previously sent is in the boundary condition term. fluxIn should be:
fluxIn.setValue(101.*vel.getDivergence(),where=(Z==ZValue)) not fluxIn.setValue(101.*discharge.getDivergence(),where=(Z==ZValue))I'm still using a negative DiffusionTerm in the tranport equation, which doesn't make sense to me, but the output matches teh analytic solution.
