You are right, it is nowhere in main tree. Sorry, I missed it up with one of
my branches.
In any case it is easy to add cache object to ConfigImpl constructor.
ConfigFile is ready for that.
I don't think engine is ready to deal with changing on the fly config.
In any case - this topic is not about manage of configuration.
