By the elite stallion Fjelljon http://fjordstudbook.com/h-fjeljon.htm (bred, born and approved in Norway) out of the elite mare Gaea who is by the Danish stallion Hjerter Knaegt and out of the elite mare Asta. Since Holland does DNA testing wouldn't his pedigree be without doubt?

I have seen other very dark brown dun Fjords who don't have the white on the sides of the mane, like Kila Grani has very little white. I wondered if that was why some countries prefer the light brown dun. This is what Tor Nestaas' colour article says regarding brown duns: "The light coloured horses have white forelocks and white hairs on the mane's outside. On darker individuals, these hairs are also darker."

I would agree that the marking on Vjostar's neck is an enhanced version of the withers stripe.
