I'm wondering what people do about turning their horses out when thunderstorms are in the forecast. I would prefer to keep mine in at those times, but it becomes difficult to manage adequate turnout when I am working long hours and there are flies and heat to contend with in addition to the thunderstorms. Am I being overly cautious to keep them stabled?
