Very true. There are others that do it, though. Few people enjoy > abuse and punishment. I imagine Flex is no different. Well, as understandable as it is, for me, that's the wrong reaction. Also, complaints are neither abuse nor punishment. It's expectations. They're not always presented in a proper manner, true. Still, that's the customer's voice. Handling those voices is a major task - not really easy, not always fun, but the core of the business.
