TDR functionality requires analysis capability (software), and very accurate 
pulse generation / measurement ability (hardware). It's not something that can 
just be added to PSDR; there would need to be hardware in the 1500/3000/5000 to 
support this and I doubt that it's in there. 

And as far as developing this into the 6000 series...I would rather Flex worked 
on making them the best possible transceivers first and foremost. An AIM-4170 
can be bought for about 1/10th of the (proposed) cost of a 6700.
