Tim, Let me understand this correctly.. a flashing number on the consol display ( flashing faster than the SMPTE frame rate, ) is useful ? Please respond *specifically* to this question. Do your homework first, understand the question, THEN respond..
There seems to be some sort of nonsense going around here that is suggesting that if your brain and optics can gather information faster than 30FPS you are more "techie" than those of us regular mortals. (I am not making this up,.. see the Feature tracker for details on statements made by others on this subject. They "claim" the display is useful !
