As long as the sampling rate (SR) returns back to the original SR when you 
start PowerSDR, then you are experiencing the expected  behavior of the new 
driver.  If the SR does not return to its previous setting or your radio is 
initially off frequency when you hit the Start button in PowerSDR, that is the 
condition Eric needs to know about.

Exactly, same thing here.... it changes to 48kHz upon initialization and goes 
back to 96 kHz in my case as soon I hit the Start button in PowerSDR.
