I can confirm that when launching PowerSDR, the driver (note, not PowerSDR setting) changes to 48kHz upon initialization. This is a new undesirable behavior with the Beta driver that we've reported. Note that as soon as you start the audio stream (i.e. hit the Start button), the sample rate will switch back to whatever the desired rate is in PowerSDR.
