First of all, you have a buffer mismatch.

The Firewire buffers and the PowerSDR audio buffers must be the same to keep
them "aligned". Make this change and see what happens.

Second, you probably are not doing anything wrong. If you are using the
released versions of PowerSDR v1.18.x, this version does not have the improved
wide band image rejection (WBIR) algorithms. That code is in the experimental
version in the SVN TEST and PB-PAL branches. Depending where in the band the
strong signals are located (how far from the calibration point), there could be
images from strong signals heard in the RX passband.

Subject: [SPAM] [Flexradio] cw images
Importance: Low

with fairly stong signals, say S 9 +20, or -50 dbm, i can hear extra images, or
a ragged ac buzz, several places above and below the center frequencies.

it seems the effectiveness of the narrower cw filters is negated by these
spurrs....

these are good clean loud cw sigs on 160m. single signals..

att on. nb off. latency under 400 uSec. current firewire, firmware, powerSDR.
sampling 96 khz, buffers 576, pwrSDR audio buffer 512, dsp rx buffers 4096.
3 ghz dual core cpu, with firewire on non shared IRQ. flex 3000.

so, what am i doing wrong? this wont do for a cw dx contest  !!!!
