When the device manager window appears, go to the views menu at the top of the window and select View by Connection. When this display appears, click on the plus sign by the IRQ line, When the list of devices, sorted by the interrupt (IRQ) appears, look for your firewire card. To the left of it will be a number which is the interrupt number assigned to your fiirewire card. Tell us what other devices have the same number besides them as your firewire card. That could help us tremendously! 73 Neal Campbell Abroham Neal Software www.abrohamnealsoftware.com (540) 645 5394 NEW PHONE NUMBER Amateur Radio: K3NC Blog: http://www.abrohamnealsoftware.com/blog/ DXBase bug reports: email to ca...@dxbase.fogbugz.com Abroham Neal forums: http:/www.abrohamnealsoftware.com/community/ On Sat, Jan 30, 2010 at 6:42 PM, Mario Aviles <mario.avi...@amnetsal.com> wrote: Hi Tim: Did that and no change, I was thinking about uninstalling everything, firewire driver, PSDR and starting from scratch. 73´s Mario ----- Original Message ----- From: "Tim Ellison" <telli...@itsco.com> To: "Mario Aviles" <mario.avi...@amnetsal.com>; "Dudley Hurry" <jhu...@austin.rr.com> Cc: <flexradio@flex-radio.biz> Sent: Saturday, January 30, 2010 5:33 PM Subject: RE: [Flexradio] Flex 5K locking up Try resetting your database. -Tim -----Original Message----- From: flexradio-boun...@flex-radio.biz [mailto:flexradio-boun...@flex-radio.biz] On Behalf Of Mario Aviles Sent: Saturday, January 30, 2010 6:27 PM To: Dudley Hurry Cc: flexradio@flex-radio.biz Subject: Re: [Flexradio] Flex 5K locking up Hi Group: Now I don´t know what happened, after I did these changes now I dont have audio and I get a strange signal on TX no power out. You should get the latency below 2000us to be consistent, some have gotten core2Duos to run under 100us. Be sure to turn the Wireless and bluetooth drivers off, and make sure your Power Options in the control panel is set to High Performance. Other than that.. What are the details? Of the system and what versions of PowerSDR and FW are you trying to run? 73, Dudley WA5QPZ Mario Aviles wrote: Hi Group: I know this question has been asked before but I could not find the answer so here it goes, My Flex 5K was running ok, some lockups once in a while but not as bad as now that when the DX summit page is refreshed or while surfing the web it happens.
