I do not believe anything related to software or hardware delivery by FlexRadio was ever "promised". There were estimated dates of delivery, but it was only that; best guess estimates. I do know that FlexRadio wants to release PowerSDR v2.0 as soon as it is humanly possible and if it could have, that would have been months ago, but PowerSDR 2.0 is an omnibus release. There are so many low-level technical changes, performance improvements and features in addition to the cosmetic changes to the console (skins) that it has taken more time than expected. In addition, due to timing, they had to integrate a new radio and the FLEX-VU5K (v/u module) into the code and that was not planned for the 2.0.0 release. As Gerald said in Dayton last year, "it will be done when it is done" meaning that when they are happy with the quality of the product, then they will release it. Hopefully that will be soon.
