Ooh, ack.  You're right, I should have read more carefully.  Something
is definitely wrong, adding flaps should certainly *not* increase
airspeed in level flight.  It's a bug.  Although the lever arm bug
that I found was a bug, too :).

I can't test at work, but I'll get this figured out tonight.
