Yeah - the TXF format was devised by Mark Kilgard - who also wrote GLUT,
but beyond that, there is no connection.  GLUT knows nothing about TXF.

However, PLIB's FNT library *loves* TXF fonts - so this would be a very
welcome addition.  I wanted to include Mark Kilgard's original TXF font
generator - but his license conditions are...erm...ill defined?  The other
problem with Mark's tool is that it only runs under X windows - so it's
no use to Windoze users.

Can we add this tool into PLIB in the 'tools' area?  It would be a marvelous
addition.
