Ah, I see: it's in the Scenery/ dir:

Sorry, but that you didn't get comments on that was not an implicit
agreement. Scenery commits are usually hundreds of changed files,
and nobody assumes that changes are sneaked in there that everyone
has to live with later, with no way to comment on them and change
them. You should have proposed a major change *before* even committing
it!

Still: I object to that directory layout and the "twr" abbreviation
(for "tower"! ... duh!).
