Here's the console output from an abort at startup: ( .fgfsrc hidden )

Aborted

I've seen similar effects for a long time, Fedora 9, 10; fgfs from
source, cvs and rpm package. The problem seems to happen if I try to start
fgfs after I've been using a web browser with xmms as a shoutcast
player, althoough it doesn't help to shut down browser and player before
trying to start fgfs.
I've tried doing service alsasound restart before fgfs but the only way
I can find to fix the problem is to re-power
the PC.

I've also noticed the c310's ceiling is apparently excessive in the
pre-release, with the rpm' ed version of fgfs it seemed more realistic,
topping out at ~ 13,000 ft.

If there's any more information I can supply I'll happily try. Thanks
for an awesome FS.
