Just to dig up the old discussion. That was about this site: 
http://flight-aviator.com/
Which is "copyrighted" by http://www.FlightProSim.com and uses the same layout 
and
text. We sucessfully contacted the webmaster of FPS last time (the images were 
removed), so I think we should do that again this time...

He might not damage the GNU GPL license, he does some other licenses.

1. He uses copyrighted images from FlightGear.org without permittion from their 
respective 
copyrightholders and/or authors
2. At the Disclaimer page you state Flight Pro Sim is not related to any other 
Flight Simulator 
software, which is a lie as we all know.

So a quick email to the webmaster should make clear if the guy is cooperative 
(and removes/
replaces the images) or if we need to use tougher measures.
