It will not be labeled v1.0, but JSBSim v1.0 is only months, or less, away. Like I said before, it's somewhat arbitrary. I know how JSBSim is being used. It's well-known how FlightGear is being used. It's v1.0+ quality. There's no reason to delay. There will be an endless stream of new features that someone or the other wants to add. You can postpone v1.0 indefinitely. That serves no purpose. But, what to label the following release of FlightGear is not my decision ...
