Hi,

For some reason you are using an aircraft with a 2d panel (which?), those 
disappear when the view direction isn't straight ahead (click the left 
mouse button when in mouse view mode to reset the view - cycle mouse mode 
with the right mouse button).
But unless you have some particular reason for prefering a 2d panel (e.g. 
IFR training) use an aircraft with a 3d panel/cockpit instead, e.g. the 
default c172p.
