1) Should the Fluid logo at the top be an actual link to the home page?
YES, for sure - - very important.
Actually I question if it is really needed, since the HOME menu item is
just below the logo at all times and very clearly is a link to the home
page.
If that menu item wasn't there on all pages I would agree. It is easy to
add if we want it.
I'm going to leave the hover effect issue for Jacob to comment on, since
we've actually been discussing this problem this morning already!
