I like the fades too. I hate to bring up a technical detail but fades
can be very tricky when trying to incorporate the logo on a different
backgrounds. Jacob, if we go with a fade you should think about how
you will "package" the logo, either providing it in a format that
supports alpha channels or providing it on some kind of background or
in a box so that it will not have to interact with whatever background
it is put on.

Hmm, I'm not sure I have strong feelings about the space or about
the infusion -- I quite like the font choice. I think it gets us
from the solid, stable, bold project to the sleek, modern,
thoughtful product.
I do like the transition from one font to another, and I agree that
the transition from solid, bold project to sleek product is a good
idea. But I find the particular font to be very angular and pointy.
I also am a big fan of the lightening of the shape as it goes
toward the white space that is our next frontier.
Yes, I very much like that "fade" too.
