agree about Wikipedia. However, Intel, Sun, Apple and Microsoft all
seem to think it's a word!

I hardly think that an anonymous encyclopedia is a valid source for
what is
actually a word. Invented words, poor spelling and generally bad
writing
are common online, and it's quite helpful to point out that
"endianess" is
not, has never been, and will never be a word.
