Yes, they are not using Filemaker Server, and we have never used it her either.. And have been using Filemaker since 2.0 - peer to peer works for us just great. This setup was recommended to us by someone at Filemaker once. Can't figure out why it doesn't for them.
So on Mac, I go to Sharing/Filemaker Network/ turn sharing ON, then select the file and do AllUsers. Is there anything else I need to do? Seems odd that it works for us and not for them.
