Trailing Grand Summary Prints on Second Page

Can anyone assist with the following problem?

I have a Data Base with the following fields "Date" and "Cost".  The  
layout parts are "Header", "Body", "Trailing Grand Summary" (ie.  
Total "Cost").  I sort by date.  For some reason the "Total Cost"  
prints on a second page.  Does someone know why so that I can correct  
the problem?
