In layout mode, go to page setup and choose letter (if that's correct) for your printer. Now, scroll the layout down and see if you see the dotted page break line. If your layout is bigger than that there's your second page.

Also check your body part - page break after [1] occurrences, and the summary part - page break before [1] occurrences.

Also, the body is repeated for every found record - maybe your report is just that long...
