current table= Teams with field for coach name and asst name, email, address and similar. the related table = course For each coach (or assistant) there are multiple simple records of Mr. Jones may have three records in this second file- each record with identical fields coach course coach course coach course and all other coaches similarly. I would need a formula in a field that says, essentially "concatenate any course record for this coach". Can that be done? Sincerely Barbara
