Really? In all the decades I've been using the product, I haven't
received even one polite request, let alone repeated harangues. How
do they transmit these to you, and how often?
Richard - my experience reflects yours - I cannot recall being
explicitly asked for any sort of feedback, and I have been using it
since before it was "Pro".
