I am specifically looking for some tool which does not require any
user intervention. It should not show any popup or dialouge boxes. It
should happen silently in the background.
If you are on Windows, you can try this tool:
http://www.geocities.com/dosprint. It is not free, but for $40 it won't
make you go bankrupt, I hope ;)
