Alot of times when reports of slow-downs came in, hiding the nets corrected
the issue. It is quick and easy to test this to see if it works.

The slow down is generally a couple seconds(or more) delay after moving
parts that are connected to large nets.

Hiding these nets will cause the program to skip the 'Analyzing' stage for
that net, which is usually where the slowdown comes from.

Many design rules can cause things to slow down when it is doing the On-line
DRC, but the more common instance is that it is the 'Analyzing Nets' process
that is the most noticable.

Try typing N(ets)-->H(ide)-->A(ll) in the PCB editor and then use it for a
while to see if it helps.
