I thought of just filtering the timeline view by ticket UUID (which is returned as part of the query anyway); that way you can just supply the ticket name as part of the URL. The code to do this was surprisingly straightforward. Didn't work, of course, but that could be due to me not understanding how to extract URL fields. (Could someone explain the relationship between rids and UUIDs?) Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to investigate because then my boss came back into the room... -- ┌─── dg@cowlark.com ───── http://www.cowlark.com ───── │ │ 𝕻𝖍'𝖓𝖌𝖑𝖚𝖎 𝖒𝖌𝖑𝖜'𝖓𝖆𝖋𝖍 𝕮𝖙𝖍𝖚𝖑𝖍𝖚 𝕽'𝖑𝖞𝖊𝖍 𝖜𝖌𝖆𝖍'𝖓𝖆𝖌𝖑 𝖋𝖍𝖙𝖆𝖌𝖓. │
