I will not be at a computer regularly for the next few days, so I suggest someone else do the testing. IIRC the time to generate the page was about 7 sec, a few secs for rendering, and most of the time was transferring the 2-3MB compressed HTML (Martin - that is why the local test was so much faster). The uncompressed one was 12+MB. You can see it for yourself at http://netbsd.sonnenberger.org/. I am neither the maintainer nor even a user of that repo. I just turn to it occasionally to test things on a "large" repo. If anyone wants to test them localy, you can download them from http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/repositories/fossil/. Don't try to clone. the rebuild itself is almost 24 hours. Richard - were you not aware of these repos, or just hadn't checked using them? I seem to recall some work done on fossil specifically because of the pkgsrc repo. Maybe it was adding delta-manifests? Baruch -- ˙uʍop-ǝpısdn sı ɹoʇıuoɯ ɹnoʎ 'sıɥʇ pɐǝɹ uɐɔ noʎ ɟı
