I keep all of my person notes like this in a single Fossil repository
that I call "toolbox.fossil".  It does not change that often (my
toolbox averages 8 or 9 check-ins per year for the previous 7 years),
so it does not really matter that it is a big jumble of one- and
two-file projects and code snippets.
