Is there an instance of the Adobe PDF "printer" in your list of Windows printers? Is your FM2019 all patched up? There were PDF issues with the first few patches.

When I attempt to output PDF, I get the message: "FrameMaker could not find the Adobe PDF printer instance, which must be installed to execute Save as PDF command" I have Acrobat 9 Pro and Acrobat Distiller 9 installed. What am I missing?
