You may. In testing purposes. Which _practical_ interest in this? I
think, some features in programs should be foreseed, some features should be
remained until some interests (requests from users). I think, if there are
troubles with 720k formatting (not erasing, but formatting), this mode may
be disallowed until someone requests this.
