Some advice: - Put your offerings on a web page or on an open source hosting site such as SourceForge or Google Code. In the year 2013 there is no excuse for not distributing your open source code in an open manner. - If your code is not complete you should make an effort to make sure that it is usable and somewhat documented so that others have a chance of picking up where you left off, or helping you finish the code. - Do not expect a lot of help - the number of people doing programming for DOS is very limited. And most of them already have their own special projects and interests. - Insulting your audience does not help. - You will not be able to get statistically valid input on who the potential users are. Do it for you, not for anybody else. If somebody else likes and appreciates your work that is the bonus.
